This Double layer skirt comes in seven colors and 3 sizes. It makes a great costume addition. We have only a few colors now but will be getting more colors soon.
Waist is approximately 25inches unstretched and stretches to approx 44 inches but allow to about 40 inch waist. There is a seam that can be opened to show the leg if you wish.
