This Double layer skirt comes in seven colors and 3 sizes. It makes a great costume addition.
Waist is approximately 25inches unstretched and stretches to approx 44 inches but allow to about 40 inch waist. There is a seam that can be opened to show the leg if you wish.
Wear them tied in front around your bra, or simply tie in front. For more coverage wear them as a wrap style pinning the ends of ties after you wrap. Great alone for a layered long. The wrap style is roomy and comfortable.
