Made by Saroyan!  These cymbals are reminiscent of "the old Souk" where coppersmiths spun and hammered cymbals for a living, testing each cymbal individually to ensure the tones met their personal standards before selling them.

The Afghani brass cymbals are made of premium quality hard alloy and are of a simpler design than
the silver. The silver tone depicts an intricate design of "Khamsah" (Hand of Fatima) and an Arabic script: "Masha' Allah" (meaning "God Willing"), which is widely known for its definition in the Middle East. Set of 4 (approx 175 grams)

Aged and Burnished, Styled from Historical Data Researched by Saroyan   This particular design is said to be the third oldest. Adopted by Ottoman Turks, who later changed the design by raising the rims.
