Skirts have gathered tiers of fabric. Each one is unique but all have at least one row solid black velvet and one of solid black brocade like fabric and one row of black velvet print fabric in alternating tiers and are predominently black. The bottom edge of the skirt measures approximately 210 inches. Waist has elastic for maximum adjustablility and can fit from approximately 24 inch to 40 inch waist. These are well made skirts and lots of fun for dancing. Skirt is approximately 36 inches long.
