New Low Price!   Beautiful well made 2 layer skirt and veil set. It is made up of  2 layers of half circle panels with a rolled slightly structured hem to makke a beautiful wavy hemline.
Features

The bottom layer is  approximately 37 inches from waist to hem the top layer is approximately 28 inches from waist to hem. Each layer is made up of 2 very full half circle panels.  The skirt has an enclosed elastic waistband. Elastic is approximately 26 inches unstretched and  stretches to approximately 42 inches.  Veil is rectagular and is approximatelly  118 by 45 inches.
