Technique is not taught in this video. It is only briefly touched upon. A must prerequisite to help the student follow the choreograpriy series is "Bellydance Movement Foundation" in the Arabesque Academy Instructional Series. Any of the other Instructional videos will enhance and perfect performance.
Instructor, Yasmina Ramzy is the founder and artistic director of Arabesque Academy, school of Middle Eastern dance, music, and dance history which employs twelve teachers. Widely acclaimed for raising the calibre of Middle Eastern Dance, she is also the director and choreographer for the Arabesque Dance Company and Orchestra.
